Completed for a service station maintenance company
Concentric Geoscience conducted a limited-scope Phase II ESA and provided remediation recommendations for a former service station property in southern Saskatchewan. The assessment was completed for the purchaser of the property and was tailored to assess the potential for environmental impacts from four petroleum underground storage tanks (USTs) and fuel dispensers. The site assessment identified petroleum impacts in the subsurface associated with the USTs. Concentric Geoscience completed an application to Decommission a Storage Facility and a Corrective Action Plan on behalf of the client, for submission to the Ministry of the Environment. The USTs were subsequently removed and remedial excavation initiated. Concentric Geoscience is retained to undertake verification soil sampling and to complete a Closure Report.
